The Cougar Clash, hosted by Cascade Mat Club, brought together determined youth wrestlers for a day of determination, discipline, and heart. From emerging competitors to seasoned athletes, each match reflected the commitment and focus required to compete at this level.

This tournament was filled with technical exchanged, powerful takedowns, and moments of hard-earned success. Through this gallery, my goal was to preserve not only the action on the mat, but the intensity, concentration, and emotion each athlete carried into competition.
